Celebrate Caviar Month on Hudson’s!
Kicking off October 1, Hudson’s celebrates the fall season with a new menu of unique dishes and cocktails starring premium, sustainable, American white sturgeon caviar from California-based Sterling Caviar.

Guests will enjoy complimentary caviar additions to our menu throughout the entire month. Caviar has been added to select appetizers and entrees, including a traditional caviar service with brioche toast points and accompaniments. If caviar is not your thing, then we still have our delicious, award-winning fall-focused menu.

If you are looking for something a touch lighter than dinner, enjoy our new lounge package that provide a light bite, such as Sterling Caviar Service, with an open bar so you can try any of our classic or seasonal cocktails as well as our always evolving wine and beer lists. New for fall, our seasonal cocktail list includes the Low Tide (with mezcal, Vermouth, Campari, and expressed orange) as well as the warm Campfire (with espresso, Kahlua, Bailey’s, praline, mole bitters, and whipped cream). No matter what you’re into, our features this month are are sure to hit the spot!
In addition to featuring Sterling Caviar on our regular dinner menu, we’re bringing some of the world’s most celebrated chefs on board for three incredible, once-in-a-lifetime events: Flynn McGarry on October 14, Alex Atala on October 21, and Zakary Pelaccio on October 28. Our typical schedule for dinner cruises looks like this:
- 5:30 Boarding Begins
- 6:00-7:00 Champagne Hour feature free sparkling wines, champagne and snacks
- 7:00 Departure
- 8:00-8:10 The Captain slows the engines for a great look at Lady Liberty
- 9:00 Return to Dock
- 10:00 Closing
